I’m was reminded recently to pay attention to how a piece of music makes you feel....what kind of journey it takes you on....and whether you’ve been there before...?
It all began with Drambo and its randomised modules (and now the new ARP module) and then MM1 Mute Master appeared with its random(ish) selection of channels within AUM. I started to reach some kind of generative random heaven (although still doing some manual work with my fingers!) which I thought was the sole kingdom of the modular....but no so fast Eurorack! You might still be tempting me with your massive depth and technical wizardry but I’m an iOS musician and plan to stay here...and it’s only going to get better.....
